With 85 m², the accommodation is spacious, bright and fully equipped. Located on the beachfront, it offers direct views of the sea and the marina, in the iconic Pinewalk of Puerto de Pollença, one of the most pleasant areas to walk at any time of the year. The apartment consists of: 2 cosy bedrooms (with pleasant ceiling fans). 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room. Lounge-diner with sea views and access to the terrace. Kitchen equipped with everything necessary for short or long stays. It has air conditioning in the living-dining room, WiFi and satellite TV, which makes it an excellent option also for teleworking in winter or combining sport and rest. The terrace facing the sea is the perfect place to have breakfast with the winter sun, read a book listening to the waves or enjoy a drink at sunset, with the seafront promenade just below.
