Situated on the first floor of a small apartment building, it is accessed via stairs. The property has been carefully designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay, ideal for one or two people. The apartment features a pleasant living-dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. Both the living room and the bedroom have air conditioning with hot/cold mode, ensuring comfort all year round.
