The outside space is well designed. There is a small garden, a newly paved dining area and a wonderful built-in barbecue - you can escape the heat of the summer here and enjoy the natural shade of the pine trees. This townhouse has an incredible private rooftop hot tub, with impressive sea views - the ultimate place to enjoy the sunset. It shares a large pool and sun deck with two other houses Built over three storeys, the ground floor has a bright, open-plan living/dining area, with new furniture, a large Smart TV and wood burning stove (ideal for winter breaks). There is a good-sized sunny dining terrace off the living room which overlooks the pool and a pretty forest. So relaxing! This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double bedroom has a 140cm bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The second bedroom is also a double room and there is a third single, bedroom. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house is just five minutes´ walk to the spectacular beaches in Cala San Vicente. The resort offers diving, kayaking and stand-up paddle. There are also some excellent local restaurants within easy walking distance, some with sea views, as well as 'Modesto', a real find which offers tasty Mediterranean cuisine almost on your doorstep! This house really does tick a lot of boxes! We were with young children, so only negatives are that there’s quite a lot of steps inside and outside the house - it’s safe, but you just have to be careful with the little ones. It’s also a fairly long walk to the beach (it’s ok for older kids), so we ended up driving to the beach sometimes. Aside from that, it was perfect - the pool is great, there was just one other family using it for part of the stay, and most days we had it for ourselves. The rooftop jacuzzi was great, you get a view of the sea and mountains. The view from the living room across was really nice too. The barbecue area was really good and had some trees around so you can eat outside comfortably even when it’s quite hot. Great stay overall! The house was as described and was very clean, nicely appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful roof-top hot-tub. The pool (shared with two neighboring homes) was delightful and we enjoyed getting to know the friendly, local neighbors. The very best part was the location. Walkable to two small beaches, both of which were great for sunning, snorkeling, and relaxing. Even better, these beaches are not crowded, as many Mallorcan beaches seem to be. (Indeed, the very next week we traveled to the southeast side of Mallorca and the beaches were clobbered with people). Nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and we had no issues finding parking nearby. Highly recommend!! We will come back.
