With breathtaking uninterrupted views overlooking the beautiful bay of Pollensa which are appreciated the second you walk through the front door. The villa boasts 2 swimming pools, a outdoor swimming pool with views of the whole Bay of Puerto Pollensa and a indoor pool on the lower level. This stunning villa is distributed over 3 levels: 1st floor, ground floor and lower ground floor (basement). The villa has central air conditioning which provides hot and cold air to the 4 main bedrooms, (all with double beds). Entering the property, from the rear street entrance, you will find a large marble BBQ area with garden and a teak walkway leading to the main front door. On this floor you will find a large, spacious open plan lounge/ dining area which is stylishly decorated and leads onto the modern fully equipped kitchen. This open plan fully glazed design, on one side of the villa, allows the fantastic views of the bay to be enjoyed whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing. The lounge, floor to ceiling patio doors, lead out to the extensive first floor terrace which has a quality teak decked sunbathing area with outdoor swimming pool and breathtaking panoramic views of the Puerto Pollensa bay. This area has ample comfortable sofa seating and a 2 x four-poster sunbed chill out loungers. Leading up from here are external stairs to the top roof terrace with 360 degree views of the breathtaking bay and surrounding Boquer Valley mountains. You will find 1 x double bedroom on the main floor with en-suite bathroom which also has large patio doors leading out to the teak deck terrace. On the lower floor you will find a gorgeous master bedroom with built-in closet and en-suite bathroom, also there is direct access to the large garden / private terrace at the front of the property. On this floor you will also find 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the indoor swimming pool. This is a spectacular villa set in one of the nicest areas of Puerto Pollensa with everything on your door step. The Pine Walk, beaches and town centre are only short stroll away. Pool towels are provided free of charge. ETV/10349 When Booking or Wanting to book : Check in time is after 16:00 Check out time is before 10:00 Changeover day: Saturday in high season ( 19th May - 22nd September ) Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels. The property is vast and has everything you could need. Only comment would be that some of the soft furnishings could have been cleaner (seat covers and bed surrounds stained).The outside area, decking, gardens and barbecue area were all great.Location is a 5/10 min walk although the path from the villa to the main road is very rocky and not good for evening footwear.We have already booked our next stay! ##### Karen J. Alle Bilder des Anbieters sind identisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgt per whats up. Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Eine Die Anleitung für die Technik ( Klima, Sonnenschutz, Fernseher, Kaffeeautomat…)ist leider nicht vorhanden. Durch ausprobieren findet man sich zurecht. Die Villa war bei Übergabe schlecht geputzt. Die Verwaltung hat super reagiert und wir erhielten in der Wochenmitte unseres Aufenthalts den Austausch der Badetücher. Wir hätten uns über den Daybeds einen Sonnenschutz gewünscht. Dieser fehlte leider. Überrascht waren wir von den bereitgestellten Dingen für einen Lunch . ##### Sabine W. A short walk to the port and a fabulous hike behind the house in a breathtaking landscape. JS Rentals were easy to deal with, prompt in their responses and very welcoming on arrival.
