Ideally situated within a short drive of both Pollenca old town and the white sandy beaches and turquoise sea of pretty Puerto Pollenca, you'll find an array of amenities, shops, supermarkets, highly rated restaurants, tempting tapas bars and the local Sunday market beckoning to be explored. Surrounded by expansive Mediterranean grounds this magnificent stone clad country home is filled with natural light, the interiors lovingly furnished with comfort and style in the traditional design of a Mallorcan farmhouse. Warm hues of burnished wood, terracotta tiled floors and natural honey toned stone are just some of the features. The spacious open plan living dining room takes full advantage of the glorious views through patio doors that open out to the generous covered dining terrace complete with chunky wooden beams adorned with rustic lanterns and an impressive summer kitchen for long evenings spent al fresco dining beneath the stars in this idyllic setting. Next to the living area, the fully equipped farmhouse kitchen provides all that is needed for easy holiday catering with separate utility room, also on the ground floor is a spacious twin bedroom with doors to the garden, a separate shower room and a cloakroom. From the entrance hall, an elegant tiled staircase with a beautifully crafted wrought iron banister and stone arches, leads up to the first floor where three further bedrooms and a bathroom are situated.
