    Step outside to your private garden and uncovered terrace. The interior patio features a traditional barbecue, while the upper terrace serves as a solarium with unobstructed mountain views and vistas of the Gola Estada natural park. A private grill is available for outdoor cooking.



    Street parking is shared with other users. Events are not permitted on the property.



    Your vacation home sits just 20 meters from the beach and the Gola Estada natural park, with the town center only 400 meters away. Puerto Pollensa offers guaranteed maritime activities as a popular tourist destination.
