Hotiday have no representation at this site. The site is run by Club Del Sole, who have packed the site with holiday accommodations and sublet the majority to companies like Hotiday. The other companies have a company representative on the site, hotiday does not,
Baring the actual accommodation the site images are completely misrepresented what to expect. If you are expecting a Club Del Sole experience, then you will be happy. If you are expecting a tranquil beach breakas suggested by the photos, run by the people you have booked the hotel through, then you will be as disappointed as we were.
We are still trying to contact Hotiday about this misrepresentation, which has now taken a week. On top of this disappointment, we were told there would be an additional daily charges( €17) for sunbeds, which was enforced by security. An unnecessary cost at an already expensive overcrowded site. The alternative...lie on the grass in roped off areas.

"We loved our stay here. The staff were super friendly and really made us feel appreciated. Our room was beautiful with an amazing lake view. The room was also large and comfortable. The hotel is right beside the lake, restaurants and bus stops."
