The property is ocean-facing with a stunning view of Manila Bay. The unit itself was beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Mel, the local host. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me and my group, and her kindness really stood out.
The only small challenge was parking—there’s just one space for all the units on a first-come, first-served basis, which wasn’t clearly noted. Even then, Mel stepped in right away and went the extra mile to help my coworkers secure street parking. Thanks to her, everything worked out smoothly!

The place is not the usual hotel type but the room is spacious and got all your basic amenities on a hotel. Bed and sheets are clean and new clean towels!

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

Amazing hospitality and very friendly. A few minutes after I checked in, the front desk lady who checked me in and welcomed me to the stay, called my room and asked how I liked the room. I was pleasantly shocked with their attendance! The morning breakfast was wonderful. All kitchen and dine-in staff were very pleasant and all as one team. I enjoyed my three nights stay at the Ramada Manila Central in Chinatown. I’ll definitely stay there again.
