A ground-floor flat in a 1970s house, 20 minutes south of Rennes and within walking distance of Le Tertre Gris and the Vallée du Semnon nature park. It has an enclosed garden with trees, shared with the owner, and a private patio area with barbecue and garden furniture. Shops 600m. Bain de Bretagne watersports centre 5km. Pléchâtel leisure resort with artificial beach 5km. Rental on the ground floor in the owners' house, 30 km south of Rennes.
