This amazing holiday home is perfect for large family or group of friends up to 14 guests (children included). It has 5 double bed bedrooms for 10 guests and 2 convertible sofas for 4 extra guests. There are 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In the playroom you can enjoy playing billiards, table football or darts while there are many more things to do in the garden such as: swing set, sandbox, climber, small football equipment, basketball, badminton nets, slide and table tennis. After a good game of basketball take a swim at 32 m2 swimming pool with loungers and parasols to hide from summer sun. Completely roofed terrace with BBQ will be your go to place to prepare grilled delicacies for your friends or family.  
Holiday home offers free WiFi, parking, 2 A/C units, 2 TVs and heating.  
Young groups are not allowed as well as pets.  
Every morning from 05 to 07 pool and surrounding area will be cleaned for you without disturbing your peace.  
  
Suhovare is a small village located in the Poličnik municipality, some 10 kilometers from Vrsi and Nin, in the lovely and peaceful Zadar hinterland of Ravni Kotari. It was first mentioned in 11th century, as a property of Benedictine monastery from Zadar. The place developed into village whose population engaged in agriculture and livestock farming and continued with it largely to this day. The 18th century Church of St. Anthony of Padua and the Church of Our Lady of Good Health can bee seen in Suhovare, a village that is a great destination for enjoying fresh country air and unspoilt nature, fart from the hectic everyday life in big towns.
