"The staff is very respectful and so helpful. Anything that was needed was achieved. Clean friendly environment. The breakfast was wonderful. I even had family that have been to other hotel's and said they never experienced the variety of things available. The kitchen staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. "After reviewing expedia and google reviews, which were positive overall, a group of friends decided to book rooms here for a weekend away. We fell for the reasonable room rate and the fore mentioned positive reviews. I have no idea who is giving this place an 8?!?! After an inital room change because of conditions, there were still multiple complaints including cigarette and weed smoking that traveled through the hallways and rooms even! Apparently it was renovated in 2021, but is showing some serious wear and tear..If it weren't for the realtively friendly but mostly non english speaking room staff and Wingnutz next door, there would be nothing to hold this hotel up. I cant believe they still operate like this. I hate to say it but spend the extra money and find something clean, respectable and maybe even a breakfast! We won't fall for the rate again!"
