Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stellen am ersten Tag ein wenig Verpflegung aus Brötchen, Wurst, Käse und Getränken bereit. Neben dem Außengrill ist ein Waschbecken vorhanden was das Grillerlebnis nochmal steigert. Auch hier ist bereits Grillkohle und Holz vorhanden und muss nicht erst gekauft werden. In jedem Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohn--Esszimmer ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden.
