(4 reviews) Golden House were absolutely fantastic and turned a very stressful situation into a great experience. After being let down last-minute by another hotel, we were rebooked here — and I’m so grateful we were. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location was also perfect — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. A huge thank you to the team for making us feel looked after during a difficult time. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, quality accommodation. (11 reviews) The apartment was conveniently located next to a tram stop, making it easy to get around the city. A minimarket was nearby and even open on Sundays, and there was also a bakery close by. The apartment itself was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. However, there were a few shortcomings: the second set of towels was missing, the bottle of shampoo (size 0.5 Oz)was insufficient, and of the three knives available, only the smallest one was effective for cutting. Additionally, an incorrect code was sent for the key box, which was quite stressful. The view from the window was not very appealing, but it didn't bother me too much. Despite these issues, I would consider booking this apartment again and would recommend it to my friends after the shortcomings are addressed.
