"Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise"

"The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. It was very central to our needs and easy to get around. The room floor had a few stains but nothing terrible, it just looked like wear and tear. The staff were very helpful, and friendly and the restaurant was very convenient with good food. The room had a safe and the bathroom was great. Good views around and close to shopping amenities. I would stay again if I went back to NZ"
