"We were a family of 5 staying at this house for 10 days in Jul/Aug and it was perfect. Beautiful house in a perfect location with the best market on the island 1 minute walk away. The house is spacious, modern and each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom which was great for the kids. Our family had a wonderful stay, the pool and surrounding garden was beautiful and the hosts really lovely and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Sadly, this villa simply isn’t worth the money. We turned up and the children’s bedroom had plaster falling off the wall, where the curtain rail had been torn down. The top drawer in the clothes chest was dangerously hanging off and could easily have caused injury to them. One of the bedrooms is a converted garage with thin board behind the bed and an electric meter that buzzed and constantly shines light into the room making sleep impossible. The cupboards are inaccessible as the bed...

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille dans cette location qui est très calme et bien situé pour faire des visites, la location est bien équipée au niveau cuisine il y a tout ce qu’il faut et pour les bébés un lit et chaise haute et baignoire.les lits étaient fait à l’arrivée ce qui est bien appréciable."

"La maison de Frederic est confortable, belle et spacieuse. On s'y sent très bien. Les meubles sont aciens, belle hauteur, parquet, beaucoup de cachet et de charme. La plage est à quelques mètres et le centre-ville et son marché à quelques minutes de marche. Nous disposions de tout l'étage et du jardin. C était vraiment agréable. Nous reviendrons sans doute."

"The property is excellently located and has sufficient space and amenities to cater for 8 people comfortably and 10 if you have younger children- not babies. The pool is immaculately well kept and a few things like the hedge positioning and outside shower and toilet for pool use make this a fantastic place to stay for your trip to Ile de Re! Bike hire and easily accessible bike paths throughout the island and the La Noue market a very short distance away, leave your with very little to think...

"We stayed for 1 week at this lovely, ground floor villa, which was very clean, secure, private, in a quiet setting and upon arrival we were greater warmly by Arlette. Ideal location, 5 minutes walk to long, sandy beaches and 10 minutes to the centre of the village with a daily market, restaurants and shops. No car rental needed. We hired bikes locally, low cost and visited other nearby villages along cycle tracks. Used also the local bus, again very cheap. We would certainly recommend this villa...

"We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house and were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of it - excellent location, a short walk from the beach and La Noue centre with its daily market, bakery and great restaurants (top marks for Les Tilleuls and Le bar à quai), great pool and patio area, superb accommodation, tastefully decorated, comfy beds. Just a shame the bed linen isn't included. The other slight downside was only having a toilet in one of the ensuite bathrooms - the rest of us had...

"Lovely house ... lovely location.200 meters from the beach great local shops including marche de parc , well furnished house with plenty of character.. Accommodating 2 families (10 people in total) .. minor inconvenience being having to make up the beds on arrival after a long journey , the quality of the linen did not match the high standard expected for the money spent on renting the property.. also a a lack of towels despite being listed in inventory .. .. However we would all return to this...

"The property suited us exactly for what we needed - being a week away for 5 adults and 2 children. It was 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the shops and a playground just down the road. The house is relatively new and therefore complete with new fixtures, fitting and contents (mostly Ikea), a decent sized back garden (decking, fake turf and stones) with lots of outdoor furniture and generally had all the things we needed. Thanks for a great place for our week away."

"We were a little disappointed. The toilet seats didn't fit well and the property had paint flaking off the walls in many places. It needed some tidying, such as the deck area which had hazardous sharp broken plastic on wood in the barbecue area and many plants and weeds that needed attention. Some cleaning materials would be nice as would soap and maybe a welcome pack as I have had in other locations. Otherwise, the house was well equipped and comfortable."

"The hotel islocated in an old abbey but the inside apartments are modern, comfortable and clean. The kitchen and supplies are perfect for a simple meal and breakfast to save money if on a budget. The bathroom was spacious for European standards and the bed very comfortable. "
