Il offre un cadre élégant et confortable, avec deux chambres spacieuses, un salon et une cuisine équipée et aménagée ainsi que sa salle de douche. Vous pourrez également profiter d’une superbe piscine commune à l’ensemble de la copropriété. Pour les amoureux de l'extérieur, un balcon vous permet de vous détendre et de profiter de la vue plongeante sur Poitiers tout en sirotant votre café du matin. ￫ Arrivée en toute autonomie ￫ Nous mettons à votre disposition le linge de toilette et le linge de lit. ￫ Les lits sont préparés avant votre arrivée. ￫Le ménage du logement est rigoureux et assuré par une société professionnelle. Idéal pour tous les voyageurs, que ce soit à titre professionnel ou touristique. L'accès au logement se fait en toute autonomie grâce à un système de point relais, dans un bar tabac en face de la gare de Poitiers. Les horaires d'ouverture du point relais sont de 7h à 23h - 7j/7 Pour toute arrivée tardive après 23h, il vous sera impossible de récupérer les clés au point relais. Dans ce cas, il est possible qu'un agent vienne vous accueillir sur place, cependant un extra tarifaire vous sera demandé, à remettre en espèce à la personne qui vous accueillera. Pour connaître les tarifs horaires, merci de nous contacter. Pour tout contact, nous sommes joignables et réactifs par téléphone (appels/sms) et via le fil de discussion de la plateforme. L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme, proche de toutes commodités. Vous pourrez trouver de nombreux commerces à proximité du logement (épiceries, boulangeries, supermarchés etc...). Attention cependant l'appartement se situe derrière la gare de Poitiers. Malgré une très bonne isolation sonore avec des fenêtres en double vitrage il se peut qu'il y ait le bruit des trains qu'on peut parfois entendre en arrière fond. La gare de Poitiers est située à 500m. Le centre-ville à 10 min à pied. L'appartement est situé à 15 min en voiture du Parc du Futuroscope.
