    "We were not aware that there is a street parking spot right in front of the hotel for unloading our bags. Information on off-site parking should be offered automatically. In the suite all the blinds are in terrible shape, and some cannot be closed. The bathroom door knob is very worn out. More coffee, sugar and cream bags should be available for at least the duration of the stay."
