Soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the one-of-a-kind detached hangout bar featuring neon signs, television, stereo/surround sound, karaoke, comfortable recliners, a sofa bed, & full bath. It's the perfect getaway with entertainment space. Located in a gated community, amenities include boat launch, pier, lake swimming area, park & pool. It's ideal for families, couples, & friends looking to make unforgettable memories.
    Enjoy lake view from the patio while enjoying your beverage. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath with full kitchen and living space. A sofa, loveseat and blowup mattress are also available for sleeping. The second building is an awesome bar built for entertaining and hanging out. The bar also includes a full bathroom, 2 recliners and a sofa bed for sleeping.
    The house and bar are connected by a gated walkway/patio.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place used towels on the floor in the bathrooms. Throw all trash in trash bags and place in the black bin outside. Turn all lights and fans off in house, bar, patio and deck.
Lock all front and side doors and place keys, gate and pool cards back in lockbox. Return keys, gate access card & pool card back in lockbox. Any keys not returned will be charged a $50 fee.
Clean out grill if used. Close lid to hot tub when not in use. Store Patio Furniture Cushions inside the bar, behind the sofa. Close shutters & turn AC's in house & bar to 80 deg. before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
