It is a perfect cool weather relaxation stay. Will be very hot in summer. Location is on the main road to the golf club and surf beach so is quite noisy and busy with traffic. The house needs a good spring clean and the rotting grapefruit that had fallen in the courtyard made the bbq space unappealing. The garden setting lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could need for a short stay and the house is very comfortably furnished. The negatives for us, and they were game changers; the skylights in the bedroom rooves are like bright lights above your head that wake you at dawn and if that doesn’t do the job, the traffic roaring down Fellows rd from dawn will make sure you are fully awake. Probably more of an issue for the upstairs bedroom. The noise is not noticeable from downstairs, and the downstairs living area is a beautiful sanctuary.
