High ceilings and extensive glazing invite all day sunshine into the space, so you can relax and have movie nights after long days at the beach. Located only 1.2km walk to the sandy shores of Point Lonsdale front beach, you will also love exploring the café’s and boutiques with views of the coast. Set up for 5 guests in 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, study with sofa bed and - AC and Wifi.

Designed to exude the essence of coastal living, this distinctive 2-bedroom home is personality-packed, with a bold, colourful aesthetic and verdant collection of indoor plants. Abundant natural light and soaring raked ceilings characterise this near new architectural build, with seamless connection to the deck for BBQ’s and relaxing in the landscaped, private backyard.   
  
The fully appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven and gas cooktop, serving a central island bench with stools for casual dining. On warm summer nights, you will enjoy alfresco dining on the deck.   
  
Intelligent design maximises its sunny position, and is perfect for all seasons with thermal efficiency, a woodfire heater, ceiling fans, and split system heating-cooling in the main living area. Chill out on the couch to watch TV (Netflix connectivity) and use the Wifi. Executive travellers can use the dedicated work space for any work-from-home requirements.  
  
Two bedrooms offer Queen beds, with the master appointed with a ceiling fan, walk-in robe and ensuite. The main bathroom services the second bedroom and both present as sanctuaries. Beds are appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as comfortable as possible.  
  
The laundry has a washing machine for guests’ use. Please note there is on and off-street parking available, but the garage is locked.

A holiday here will be spent partaking in beachside walks and watersports like surfing, kayaking, SUPing, boating and fishing. Closest train station is 30 mins away for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.   
Point Lonsdale is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.  
Point Lonsdale is a coastal township on the Bellarine Peninsula, near Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia. The town is divided between the Borough of Queenscliffe and the City of Greater Geelong. Point Lonsdale is also one of the headlands which, with Point Nepean, frame The Rip, the entrance to Port Phillip  
  
Picturesque Point Lonsdale is little more than one hour’s drive from Melbourne, a premier holiday destination on the Bellarine Peninsula.
