ADAGIO at Lonsdale

A charming four bedroom beach house conveniently located near both the front and back beaches, with the added bonus of being a stone’s throw away from the award winning Point Lonsdale golf course. This delightful home boasts ducted heating and cooling, four bedrooms, two spacious living areas, a generous kitchen, two bathrooms, securely fenced and pet-friendly, creating the perfect retreat for unwinding.

Adorned with tasteful decorations, this home features mostly new furnishings alongside a few vintage pieces. The bedrooms are a haven of comfort, with the master suite offering a queen bed (with a king-sized quilt), an ensuite with a walk-in shower, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The additional rooms feature 2 Queen beds and 2 King single (with king-sized quilts or two king singles).

Both living areas are equipped with large smart TVs, perfect for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is a culinary paradise, complete with modern appliances, a walk-in pantry, and ample cookware. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests, and the bathrooms are equally impressive, featuring a luxurious soaker bath and walk-in shower. Outside, a paved area hosts a spacious outdoor dining setting for eight, a plumbed-in BBQ, sun loungers. An outdoor hot/cold shower is available for rinsing off sand or saltwater. Nestled in the Lonsdale Shores estate, and pretty much next door to the award winning Lonsdale Links Golf Course, easy access to Geelong, Ocean Grove, Queenscliff, and the Melbourne ferry. Linen hire is an option, and there is parking space for two cars in the garage, though unfortunately, there is no accommodation for boats or vans. Access to the garage is up a steep incline, allowing for easy parking and convenience.

CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.
