"several disappointing issues during my stay. The air conditioning was poor — I had to go to the front desk just to get it turned on, and even then it barely worked. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the room had a strange smell that made it less pleasant. On top of that, the walls or doors seemed poorly insulated because I could hear everything happening in the hallways. Overall, it did not provide the comfort or rest I expected."

"Appartement grand et propre, désuet, lits spacieux et assez confortables. La piscine est grande avec une super vue sur la vallée toscane. Par contre elle était propre à notre arrivée et n’a été nettoyé de nouveau qu’au bout de 5 jours, ce qui est long."
