Villa MaGaMi, built in 2023, is located in Podstrana, a quiet suburb of the ancient city of Split and Diocletian's Palace, only 9 km away. It is located on the slopes of the Perun hill, which is ideal for hiking and mountain climbing, extending a beautiful view of the sea and islands. Villa MaGaMi is located 1.1 km from the sea and sandy beaches
The Zrnovnica river is only 1.7 km away with a long promenade, golf courses, harbor, beaches, restaurants and cafes.
The towns of Omis, Solin, Klis, and Trogir are only a 20-minute drive from the villa.

On the ground floor(70m2) there is a modern kitchen equipped with all household appliances, a living room and a dining room
The entertainment area(100m2) is equipped with a table, TV, billiards, exercise equipment and a laundry room.
On the first main floor(75m2) there are 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Each room has a TV, air conditioning and a safe.
On the main floor there is a 60m2 penthouse with a kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet for guests and one room with a toilet. The 35 m2 balcony boasts a beautiful view of the coast and islands. In front of the house there is a pool, a table and a gas grill, and behind it there is a private parking lot for 4 cars.
