The beach, newly renovated and only 400 meters away, makes your stay even more enjoyable, while the only golf course in the area is just 250 meters from the villa. Inside, the villa features spacious rooms renovated at the end of 2018, each offering the flexibility of either a double bed or two single beds, perfect for couples or friends. All furniture is brand new, and the living area includes a football table for fun evenings. The private heated pool (35 m²) offers plenty of space for up to 12 people and can be covered and heated during cooler months for year-round use. Outdoor amenities include sun loungers, comfortable seating, and beach towels – everything you need for total relaxation.
