Great property location for the price!! Was conveniently located in old town and within walking distance to everything we needed including restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Because of this it was a little noisy late at night as well as it being bright in the room, but not enough to be an inconvenience. We had some issues with the check in process as well as the hot water on the first day but this was resolved quickly after. Overall a great stay in Old Town - would highly recommend!

Peter was a wonderful host who warmly welcomed us and provided helpful local tips. The apartment was nice and cozy, conveniently located within walking distance of the Old Town and many popular attractions. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful! One minor issue is that the ceiling is quite low in some areas, so be careful! Unfortunately, both of us bumped our heads and ended up with small bumps. 😅 It would be helpful if Peter could add some protective foam padding to the low-ceiling areas to prevent accidental head bumps. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated Peter’s hospitality!

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!

Matija met us within a few minutes of arriving and helped with bags, explained everything well and was available on WhatsApp throughout our stay. The rooms are of a high standard with lots of space, a good view from the third floor and a pretty good breakfast. The bed was comfortable, shower was good and service was excellent. Loved the location just outside the North Gate of the old town, so we could see (and hear after the rain) the stream flowing. A very short, enjoyable walk into the old town with a great bakery nearby.

The apartment was lovely and the views where spectacular! It is a good walk from Kotor old town approx 25 mins but the views are well worth it ! Lovely restaurant just down the road (Mediterranean nights ) with lovely friendly staff. Would recommend a car although traffic is busy - to get around and sightsee Apartment was well equipped however kitchen could do with a chopping board and bedroom extra pillows Peter was a great host giving us many ideas where to visit and was very responsive when contacted Would highly recommend
