"Great service from all staff. Kate and Sandra were very understanding at the reception. They made sure we are well settled in at the arrival and made sure we were given rooms to our liking and likewise at the point of checkout, extra time was provided. Makes the logistics smooth overall. All ladies work hard while serving breakfast, though a little more variety can be introduced so that it doesn’t get boring. Minor Improvements to the lift services can be introduced, as one of them kept breaking down, which hotel management was trying to get fixed. Apart from some minor issues, Wonderful stay and really enjoyed the sauna, jakuzi and swimming pool facilities. "
