The room was great and clean, we loved the shower and the little nespresso machine, nice details, entrances were nice, clean. Bed’s were nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to the metro station, museum and one of the principal street with restaurants and shops. We recommend this place 100%. Will visit again.

Very nice room very clean and quiet for the area and being on a loud Main Street. I had issues getting ahold of them for the check in details I didn’t realize the distance and issues getting there from the train station. I would advise to get a uber. That 10 minute walk is all on cobblestone streets and across an area where there is construction.

Overall, everything about the property itself was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and the stay was pleasant. The only concern was regarding early check-in. Even though I believe the room was already ready, we were not allowed to access it before the official check-in time. We had to leave our luggage downstairs in a common storage area shared with other guests, which felt somewhat uncomfortable from a safety perspective. Fortunately, nothing happened, but we did not feel completely secure leaving our personal belongings there while we were outside. So, for travelers arriving before check-in time, it is important to keep in mind that you may not be able to access your room early and may need to leave your luggage in the common storage area.

I had a great stay at EA Hotel Moment. The location is excellent — it’s close to pretty much everything, which made getting around the city really easy. The room looked modern and new, very clean and comfortable. The shower was especially great and one of the highlights of the stay. Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Wir sind zu dritt gereist. Unser Check-in war nicht wie erwartet. Mit den generierten Pin-Codes sind wir zwar ins Hotel gelangt, aber die Zimmer konnten wir ab 15 Uhr nicht betreten. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer ist keiner ans Telefon gegangen. Wie gut das es von der EA Hotelkette noch ein weiteres in der Nähe gab. Die konnten unserem Freund mit der Tür helfen. Daher würde ich ein Hotel ohne Rezeption nicht noch einmal buchen. Die Zimmer sind schön und die Badezimmer modern. Leider hatten wir jedoch das einmal lange, schwarze Haare im Handtuch und zwei Tage später welche im Badvorleger. Sehr unschön. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer gut sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Mehrere Käse- und Wurstsorten wurden angeboten. Auch frisches Obst und verschiedene Salate. Rundum alles dabei.
