If you are booking outside of those months OR for less than 21 days, please inquire beforehand to ensure availability of community passes. The entire house. Community amenities are only available to guests If you are booking for more than 7 nights. Guests booking more than 7 nights may be eligible to access Lake Naomi beaches, pools, and community amenities. We are only allotted a certain number of passes for our guests to obtain during the season so please reach out to inquire about availability prior to booking. You will be responsible for reaching out to the office to reserve the passes, paying any associated fees and you will also be responsible for picking up the passes. If you are staying for less than 7 days, unfortunately you will not have access to the lake amenities. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
