Enjoy the outdoor fire pit, deck with grill, and serene woodland views—perfect for relaxing getaways. Access to ALL amenities (beach/lake/pools/tennis) in Arrowhead lake. 20 minutes from Pocono Raceway. 25 Minutes to Major Ski Areas. Level 2 EV Charger onsite!   
  
Nightly rate includes all amenity fees except 1 surcharge for a $20.00 vehicle access. No Extra Pet Fees!   
  
The space: Rustic-Chic Getaway in the Heart of the Poconos! Escape to this charming forest retreat nestled among towering pines in the heart of the Poconos. Enjoy two scenic lakes with four swimming beaches, three outdoor heated pools, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center. The broader Pocono mountains have so much to offer for seasonal recreation. 30 minutes to Jack Frost/Big Boulder. 40 Minutes to Camelback Mtn. 25 Minutes to Khalahari. 20 Minutes to Pocono Raceway.  
  
Step into a bright and inviting open-concept living area where the warm glow of the stone fireplace sets the tone for cozy nights in. Vaulted ceilings with large, modern windows let in ample natural light while offering views of the peaceful forest just outside. The living room features plush seating, a smart TV, and a welcoming atmosphere for games, laughter, or simply unwinding.

Enjoy the beauty of the outdoors without the bother of pesky mosquitos in the spacious three-season room. This screened-in porch offers a comfortable, bug-free oasis to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening, surrounded by the calming sounds of nature.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a breakfast bar for casual meals, and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious dinners. Enjoy your morning coffee in the light-filled dining nook, or savor your meal al fresco on the spacious deck with a gas grill overlooking the woods.

You will have access to the entire home/backyard. There is a locked off crawlspace that is only needed to be accessed for utility purposes.  
  
Once you book, you will receive an email from the homeowners association Arrowhead Lakes Community providing you a QR code to access the gated community and leverage the amenities throughout. I will also provide you access to enter the home via text  
  
Other things to note:  
I use the property myself when I am in town visiting family and have tried to stock it to a level where I can just show up & enjoy! Mi Casa es Su Casa!

The host is very nice and kept in touch with us the whole time to see if we needed anything. The house was very nice and had everything we needed and more. We had our 2 little dogs with us and it was very pet friendly which was a plus!!! Very accommodating with everything! Comfortable beds and linens. Nice area and would stay here again. Highly recommend this place if your in the area. Central to all of our excursions as we were there to hike and see the waterfalls!!
