Arrowhead Lakes is close to Pocono ski resorts and the area features year-round opportunities for skiing, swimming, fishing, kayaking and more. Dramatic lake views await through expansive windows and glass doors from much of the house! A beautiful stone fireplace sits at the center of the huge family room where you can relax, take in the views, watch a movie, etc. with your group, which also opens to the kitchen and dining area. Arrowhead Lakes is close to Pocono ski resorts and the area features year-round opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking, skiing, and more. The options are endless. The home is conveniently nested on the larger 260 acre lake in a perfect lakefront location within the Arrowhead community. The lakes are stocked with bass in-season! The Arrowhead Lakes community is conveniently located near 940, 115, the PA Turnpike, Mt. Airy Casino, Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Knoebel's, the Crossing Outlets and the charming village of Jim Thorpe! Vehicle registration fees and mandatory amenity fees apply and are paid separately. The amenity fees, detailed further below, cover use of the community amenities, which include four beaches, three heated pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), basketball court, tennis courts (outdoor), sand volleyball court, playgrounds, and the community lodge featuring a fitness center, billiards room and more. Vehicle registration fees of $20 per vehicle per stay, and amenities fees of $2 per person per day in the offseason (after Labor Day and prior to Memorial Day) and $8.50 per person per day during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) for age 6 and older occupants are required by the community and are paid separately to the community shortly before your stay. Master bedroom was huge and can easily fit a queen blow-up mattress in there as well if you need additional/alternate sleeping arrangements. We were only there for two nights and it was cold so didn’t use the yard so can’t speak to anything there. Pete was great to work with and answer any questions we had beforehand, as well as during our stay. Great stay and great property. ##### K S. The owner Pete was very communicative/responsive and accommodating. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out -- living room was a great place to hang out as a group. Our stay was in winter -- very peaceful walking our dog in the snow and cozy when back home with a beautiful view of the lake. There are a few elements that could be improved but it doesn't detract from the stay now looking back on it 2 weeks later -- specifically, the fireplace is not easy to manage and requires supplemental information to turn it on. Even with it, couldn't reliably use it. Believe this should be an investment that is made to improve the experience. My family (6 adults, 5 children) had an amazing week. Pete is so responsive to any/all questions. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Being lakefront and having the kayak, paddle board, etc entertained my family for the entire week. Fishing off the dock was a huge hit!! The firepit was well used. The children used the pool and the adults did stand up paddle boarding (a very reasonable fee). We highly recommend this home!!! Thank you, Pete, for sharing your home with us!! ##### Barb H. We loved the open layout of the main floor with lake views from every window. The house was very spacious and neat. There was plenty to do - fishing from the private dock, kayak, canoe, pedal boat.
