Otherwise Check in is 4 pm Check out is 12 pm \*NO CLEANING FEE WHEN BOOKING 10 NIGHTS OR MORE\* l will refund you the fee. \*\*\* MOST IMPORTANTLY\*\*\* ADDITIONAL ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUN ITY REGISTRATION FEES DUE AFTER BOOKING The Arrowhead Lake Community is a beautiful gated lake community in the Pocono Mountains offering \- 2 lakes with 4 beaches, each with its own playground \- 3 seasonal swimming pools \- tennis and basketball courts \- sledding hill within the community \- a lodge with a billiards room, fitness center, and library The community holds events throughout the year such as bonfires, fireworks, live music, sip & paint nights, movie nights on the beach. Please note that in order to enter this gated community, guests must pay additional fees to Arrowhead Lake at least 4 days in advance. Only the host can register guests. \- Car gate pass is $20 per each vehicle. \- Temporary Membership Pass (amenity access) is mandatory for each guest age 6 & older and cost $6 per person per night in season and $2 per night off season. \- Administration Fee is included in the total booking amount as a separate line item when you check out. \- if booking 7 to 10 nights l will cover an additional $40 worth of the fees. \- if booking 10 nights or more l l will cover an additional $80\. For example if you are a party of 4 adults staying 2 nights and arriving in a single car, then your community fees total is $68 in season. Off season it will be $36\. You can confirm these requirements by calling the community office at 570 646 one-seven-seven-one or at the Arrowhead Lake Community Association website. These steps take just a few moments of your time and help our community maintain high safety standards for all. After booking your stay please message me the following: \- your email address and vehicle Information: Driver's Name, Car Make, Model, Year, License Plate & State. Or let me know if it's a rental car. \- the number of adults and kids age 6 or under in your group. Tenants must check in at the rental office before entering the property. The new office is located 7 minutes away from the community entrance. The new office address is: 906 Route 940, Suite #101, Pocono Lake, PA 18347 The TV is a ROKU smart TV that has Netflix, Amazon, HBO, and other streaming services available. The TV has a guest mode where you will be able to enter the dates of your stay and will be signed out automatically. Strong wi-fi is available throughout the house. HEATING: Fireplace, smart controlled baseboards in addition to remote controlled AC / Heat units installed in bedrooms and living room. Extra plug-in heaters are provided as well if needed. COOLING: WE HAVE A/C. That's right. Most of the Pocono houses do not have a cooling system installed, but our house has multiple remote controlled AC units (in both bedrooms and living room). A fan is also provided in addition. We suggest keeping windows closed during the day and opening everything up in the evening to let the cool air in. Grill BBQ: Outside on the front porch is a gas grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. Head to the front yard to enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit. The house was absolutely gorgeous inside. We loved the surprise christmas decorations to make it even more homey. The house was super clean when we arrived. It had all the amenities that we needed. The heated bathroom floor was a surprise bonus. Absolutely was thrilled to experience a warm floor getting out of the shower. The bedroom heated up very quickly in the cold weather. The two protable heaters in the house were great for the winter. We absolutely loved our stay at the house. It was easy to get to the mountains and the shopping outlets. The neighborhood was so cute and easy to access following the instructions. At the end, trash collection was incredibly straight forward and also extremely easy. Overall, it was an amzing weekend trip for two. The house was the perfect size for us and provided exactly what we needed. We would definitely like to stay again sometime.
