Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Trash/Recycling should be taken to the Compactor located off of Martha's Lane (right) when you're headed back to the security office at the front gate.

Please leave any used towels in the tub. Beds can be stripped and left on top of the mattress.

Please return all furniture if it was moved during your stay. Leave heaters on 60 (winter)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay at the Downhill Lodge! The house was so cute and the beds were super comfy. We loved the decor and openess of the house. It was perfect for our family of four and small fur baby. Also nice to be close to the neighborhood sledding hill! Thanks for hosting us!

We had a great weekend staying here in the Poconos with our pups. The neighborhood has awesome amenities and is very close to lots to do. The house was very clean and cozy. Decorated so cute. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Downhill Lodge and would recommend it to anyone looking to spend time in the Poconos! The chalet is well stocked both inside and outside, with everything you can possibly need. The front porch and backyard fire pit were an outstanding addition to an overall nice experience.

Perfect weekend get away! The property has everything you may need for a short getaway. The host is easy to get in touch with, property is clean, well decorated, comfortable beds etc. There is plenty to do with games, streaming accounts on the TV and a fire pit. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood with our dog and enjoying nature.
