Cet hôtel est bien localisé, à 3 minutes de marche du Duomo. Notre chambre était défraîchie, les produits de bain était de basse qualité, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très fort et il faisait un peu chaud dans notre chambre. Nous avions demandé et payé pour deux lits, et le 2e lit était un divan lit. Le déjeuner était correct mais sans plus. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 3 étoiles.

"The train lines announced a strike that would disrupt our future travel. I requested to cancel my 3rd night 36 hours in advance so I wouldn’t have to forfeit the next 8 days of my trip. The manager was not helpful and wouldn’t budge even as it was more than 36 hours before the last day of check in. ..."

"Air conditioning did not work, and staff lied to us about the property being full and not being able to change rooms. It was only after I pushed that they found us a room that was slightly cooler. But still 24 celcius overnight. Would not recommend."
