Surrounded by woods with no neighboring homes visible from the house, this secluded retreat offers the perfect setting for families, Notre Dame visitors, and anyone looking to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy uninterrupted time together.

The property sits on 19 private acres, with approximately 4 open and mowed acres around the house for guests to enjoy. Spend your mornings watching for deer and turkeys, relax on the large deck overlooking the yard and woods, challenge the family to a round of disc golf, or gather around the fire pit after sunset. With a trampoline, board games, children’s toys, a spacious open-concept interior, and room for up to 8 guests, End of the Road Retreat is designed for peaceful family getaways and memory-making in the woods.

**Please note that the surrounding woods and existing trails are private hunting grounds and are not currently available for guest use. Guests are welcome to enjoy the open and mowed areas immediately surrounding the home.**

The home and the open, mowed areas immediately surrounding it are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Someone may come to mow the lawn, service the property, remove snow, or perform necessary exterior maintenance during your stay, but they will not enter the home or disturb you unless access is required for an urgent issue.

The property is located at the end of a long dirt and gravel driveway. GPS generally leads guests accurately to the home, and a detailed arrival video will be provided to help make check-in easy.

This property is protected by exterior video security cameras. Cameras are located outdoors only and monitor exterior areas of the property. There are no cameras inside the home or in private indoor spaces.

To preserve the quiet and peaceful nature of the property, please be mindful of noise levels between 10pm and 7am. Parties, unauthorized events, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal.

Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.
