There were no prior reviews so I was a bit worried but I couldn’t have been more delighted with my stay. I got off the bus from Istanbul expecting to have to take a taxi and looked up and there was my hotel😀. The staff were lovely. The room was sparkling new with a nice finish. It was about a 15 minute walk into the historic centre. The restaurant isn’t ready yet but there is a very nice bar and you can get coffee and drinks. Highly recommended. Stayed for two nights and the trains go through all night, with loud tannoy announcements etc. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, but we were disappointed to have such a noisy room when it's a large hotel and didn't appear to be full. The room was also only set up for one, even though I booked for two so had to have towels and pillows delivered late. The soap dispensers also leaked so everything was covered in soap at the sink and in the shower, but it wasn't the end of the world. Well located if you need the train/that bus station, but a little way out of town. Vielleicht auch weil so neu, fehlten noch einige Dinge - wir hatten ein Studio mit Küchenzeile gebucht, es gab aber weder Gläser nocht Geschirr oder Besteck auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage haben wir Gläser erhalten. Ne pas prendre de petit déjeuner : assiettes prêtes sur une table, il faut se débrouiller pour ouvrir les tiroirs et placards pour trouver les couverts et les verres. Machine à café pas branché. Embrouille avec la serveuse du bar pour les cafés qu'elle voulait nous faire payer...Service médiocre, pas pro du tout...Chambres agréables, 15min du centre à pied. Well located, right outside the bus/train station, you can’t miss it! Breakfast 10levs extra which they prepared for you on the spot - enjoyable. Only a couple of negatives, the first was that the lift appeared a bit dodgy and all the lights went off inside it twice and it stopped so just used the stairs after that. Secondly, the bed was very hard! Still had a good nights sleep though and for the price I can’t really complain.
