The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance. It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view.

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant.

Better choice, always, with free airport transfer!

A modern hotel, with good clean rooms and comfortable beds. The air conditioning is excellent and the room technology is well thought out - probably the best I've seen - ranging from bed-side charging pads on both sides of the bed for phones, controlled lighting and electric curtains. Excellent. Be sure that when you're in Plovdiv, don't stay in a chain hotel, stay here!
