Cozy and flowery garden with a sunny south-facing terrace. Exceptional view of the first floor. The surf spot is 5 minutes by bike, horse riding, shops at 1km. 2 very cute cats live in the house and outside at night. 4 large bedrooms, including a master suite with a splendid view of the ocean. 2 spacious living rooms, one bathed in light with music listening room, and the other being a TV or reading corner with a wood stove. WIFI connection. A 20m2 contemporary fitted kitchen with a large island and a dining room. 3 bathrooms and toilets on each floor. This large house can accommodate up to 8 people, bicycles can be provided, rental of surfboards nearby as well as horse riding club at 100m walk.
