It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 120 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation includes :  
Ground floor :  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas...  
\- A dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
  
First floor :   
\- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)   
\- Bedroom 2 : with a double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
Second floor :  
\- Bedroom 3 (mezzanine) : a room taking up the entire surface area of the accommodation, with 3 single beds.  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A lovely 120 m² private, unenclosed garden   
\- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Plougastel-Daoulas, in very pleasant surroundings.  
  
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
