Families feel at home here! A fantastic sea view, a quiet location, a huge property where the kids have plenty of space to romp! The large meadow is ideal for ball games of all kinds. The closed natural property is located above the Bay of Térenez and offers a fantastic view of the offshore islands. The terrace in front of the house is ideal for sunbathing and uncomplicated outdoor meals. Everyone will find a place to relax here and you can enjoy a wonderful browse under the tall trees. Inside, your holiday home offers pleasant, rustic comfort with a cozy living room with a fireplace, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is set up for the kids, where a fun pillow fight is the order of the day in the evening. In a few minutes on foot or by car you can reach the picturesque little port of Térenez, known for its oyster farm, its sailing school and a particularly delicious creperie. The first large sandy beach is only 2 km away. The eight beaches belonging to the municipality of Plougasnou are spread over 17 km of coastline. In addition to wide sandy beaches that are guarded in summer, you will also find small, sheltered bays here. In the summer months you can take a cruise around the Bay of Morlaix from the small port of Le Diben. The designated hiking trail GR 34, which leads around the bay, is particularly popular with nature lovers and hikers. Activities nearby: The sprawling community of Plougasnou is located on the eastern edge of Finistère and on the border of the Côtes d'Armor, making it an ideal base for exploring both departments. To the west, the bay of Morlaix with, among other things, the picturesque harbor and spa town of Roscoff, to the east the beautiful pink granite coast with the popular seaside resort of Perros Guirec.

Unter den Erwartungen angesichts der mangelnden Wartung und des schmutzigen Zustands des Hauses. Der Eigentümer wurde eine Stunde vor Ankunft benachrichtigt. Erst als wir vor Ort ankamen, benachrichtigten wir den Eigentümer. Als wir ankamen, war kein Schlüssel bereit, aber das war normal, da wir zu früh dran waren. In diesem Moment waren die Fensterläden heruntergelassen. Wir nutzten die Wartezeit zum Einkaufen. In weniger als einer Stunde waren wir zurück. Die Fensterläden wurden hochgezogen und die Schlüssel lagen am angegebenen Ort bereit. Vermieter war nicht vor Ort. Küchenboden und Wohnzimmerboden waren nass. Es roch nach Speer. Während unserer Einkaufsabwesenheit gab es eindeutig „mit Nässe durchkreuzt“. Es stellte sich schnell heraus, dass der muffige Geruch in der Wohnung mit Tüchern überdeckt worden war, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Es roch überall muffig. Dem häufig vorhandenen alten Teppich war das nicht fremd. Um dies zu ermöglichen, verwenden wir im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer ständig konzentrierte Lufterfrischer. Während unserer Abwesenheit öffneten sich ständig Fenster. Der muffige Geruch bleibt bestehen. Besonders beunruhigend war die Tatsache, dass wir bei der Ankunft im Haus niemanden sahen. Keine Erklärung zum WLAN-Code, keine Erklärung zur Bedienung des Gasherds. Die Heizung schien überall ausgeschaltet zu sein, obwohl die Wetterberichte kühles Wetter vorhersagten. Besonders störend war dies in den Badezimmern. Nach zahlreichen SMS kam erst nach 3 Tagen eine Erklärung. Die Nespresso-Maschine war undicht wie ein Sieb. Die Küchenschränke waren mit einer dicken Schicht aus Fett, Semmelbröseln und Staub bedeckt. In den Küchenschränken war KEIN Platz für die von uns gekauften Produkte. Sie waren vollgepackt mit bereits gebrauchten Produkten (Vormieter/Eigentümer selbst?) Schimmel, Staub, Öligkeit. Zum Würgen. Die Aussicht und die Lage des Hauses mögen ideal sein, aber das ist auch schon alles. Wir fühlen uns wirklich betrogen, was die gezahlte Miete angeht. Noch eine Woche. …
