A charming little 3-star cottage adjoining a beautiful 17th-century farmhouse, this former cider house is the ideal place for your stay in the Côtes-d’Armor. The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen-size double bed, as well as a relaxation area furnished with a sofa bed and two single beds. You’ll also enjoy the private garden, complete with garden furniture, a barbecue and a table tennis table. Bed linen and towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more

The neighbourhood
The house is ideally situated on the banks of the River Rance, equidistant from three unmissable towns of character: the medieval town of Dinan, the renowned seaside resort of Dinard, and Saint-Malo. You can reach the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast in 20 minutes, Mont St-Michel in 45 minutes, and Cancale, Cap Fréhel and Saint-Suliac – ranked among the most beautiful villages in France – are just a few kilometres away!
The property is situated in a hamlet 2 km from the village centre and overlooks the marina. You’ll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings and recharge your batteries. Don’t forget the region’s cuisine, particularly its seafood (Cancale oysters), and of course the crêpes, galettes and cider.
