Enjoy this lovely family home with a garden, small heated pool, and parking spaces. Located in a recently developed residential area (construction completed), you'll be close to all amenities: supermarket, bakery, library, etc.; and with a short bike ride, you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches of the Pays Bigouden region as well as the charming fishing port of Lesconil. The house has 4 bedrooms and very attractive living spaces, and a 600 m² garden. The house comprises 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor. If the downstairs bedroom is not in use, it serves as a small living room as it also functions as an office. This room provides direct access to the pool. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity located upstairs. The kitchen is large and well-equipped: you will even find basic supplies such as salt, pepper, spices, etc. The living areas are spacious and bright. I am making my house available while I am away: there are some personal belongings, but I make sure to leave space for yours during your holiday. Outside, the garden is quite spacious, with a terrace and swimming pool. The barbecue (a round Weber charcoal grill) and the fire pit are at your disposal. Opposite the house and garden (enclosed by a screen and a natural hedge), runs the street used by the residents of the area. We have neighbors, but they are quiet and friendly.
