  • Between Pléneuf-Val-André, Erquy, and Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in the heart of the Bay of Saint-Malo and Saint-Brieuc, Plevenon-Cap-Fréhel is a magnificent peninsula bordered by fine sandy beaches, coves, and rugged, wild coastlines. Saint-Malo and Saint-Brieuc are 35 km away, and medieval Dinan is 30 km away. The gîte, part of a house, is brand new; it is situated in a large, wooded, and flower-filled park of 6,000 m². Facing south, it comprises a large living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a shower room. In front of the cottage, a private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers awaits you. Observations: Peace and quiet guaranteed. Ideal cottage for children. Located in the village of Plevenon Cap Frehel, several local shops await you: bakery, butcher/caterer, restaurants, café, crêperie... Secure parking, storage for bicycles and windsurfing equipment. Sheets and towels are not provided.
