It has a closed garden, is independent, not dividing and very bright. The 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. To enjoy a beautiful sea view, the living room, living room and kitchen are upstairs. From the living room / lounge you will have access to a beautiful terrace. Living space: 120 m² The house has a carport and private parking (the set for 2 cars). It is located 50 meters from the beach of Landrellec with direct access to the path of Customs (GR34). 2 restaurants are nearby (including an excellent creperie!) and also a mini market (summer only). The house is doubly labeled: furnished 4 \*\*\*\* tourism and an allocation of 4 keys by Clésvacances. For long weekends rental is on 3-4 nights minimum The beaches and the GR 34 (coastal "Douanier trail" in the wild moor of the peninsula of Landrellec) are within walking distance without taking the car. The coast is composed of an alternation of beaches, creeks, islets accessible at low tide, rocky peaks, moors of heather broom and gorse.
