In addition to its private portions, the accommodation has access to the common areas which includes a laundry room, a games room, a swimming pool and a playground. The renovation of the whole is well advanced but not yet finished. It is obvious that during the work phases, the accommodation will not be rented out. The tranquility of holidaymakers remains our priority. The accommodation is located in a large property (old farm) of which other parts still need to be renovated. The property is in the heart of a typical hamlet, housed between a market gardener and a shipwright.
