It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 35 m² garden. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor \- A 40 m² living room with TV, stove (first two flames free), sofa and armchairs, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Shower room and WC First floor \- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with TV, storage and workspace \- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200) \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside : \- A lovely south-facing garden (private and enclosed) of 35 m², with furniture for enjoying fine weather. \- A wooden terrace surrounds the entire house (5x2.50 m² on the south side) and a covered area (2 m²) on the north side.
