Villa Beacon is a fantastic family home located just a short stroll from the golden sands of Robberg Beach. Situated in a peaceful area with views of a stunning indigenous greenbelt, this north-facing villa offers the perfect escape for those looking to unwind and embrace beach life.  
  
As you step inside, you are welcomed by an open-plan living area that feels light and airy. The space flows effortlessly into a covered patio and deck area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Here, you can relax by the pool, surrounded by lush vegetation, or enjoy a meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The dining area, with seating for ten, is ideal for family meals, and there's a large L-shaped couch in the lounge where you can curl up after a busy day.  
  
One of the highlights of Villa Beacon is the games room, located just off the main living area. This space is perfect for keeping the whole family entertained, featuring a pool table, table tennis, darts, and a bar area complete with a fridge, ice machine, and high-top table. Whether you're challenging each other to a game or enjoying a cold drink, this room provides plenty of fun.  
  
Upstairs, the five bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
