Located on the 2nd floor, it has a 10 m² terrace overlooking the sea, surface parking and lift access. The American kitchen is equipped with a microwave combined oven and ceramic stovetops, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a juicer.
