Located on the market square of Pléneuf-Val-André, above a bar-restaurant and especially 190 m from the beach, this atypical and charming house is designed to accommodate 8 people who love enjoying lively and vibrant neighbourhoods. You access the house via stairs, which lead to a magnificent terrace of 25 m² on two levels. The first offers a large relaxation area with its two outdoor sofas, as well as a beautiful dining space where you can enjoy good grilled dishes made on the barbecue. On the upper level, a solarium area with sunbeds to take good sunbaths. We then enter the house and discover a large living space with a welcoming dining room, equipped with 8 chairs that invite you to sit down around a good meal.
