"Hotel le Ralis du Mont Blanc is a charming family owned hotel right in the middle of the French Alps along the north south motorway connecting France with Italy. The restaurant served a wonderful barbecue dinner with a breezy outdoor seating area. The morning breakfast had anything that you could ask for. The family dog, a beautiful Husky, wanders about the place. It was too bad we only were able to stay one night, because it is just a lovely place. "
"Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine"
"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "
"Nice place put together with care. If you like different/unique hotels then you’ll like this place a lot. Yoga connection, beautiful lush stream/canyon picnic spot in the back. Beds are a little firm in a nod to the Yoga style, but I liked them. Like the restaurant’s looks, but didn’t get
To eat there. Will go back for sure!"
"The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "
"The view out the window was spectacular. Staff, one of the most accommodating we have encountered. Easy access to restaurants, activities. Property beautiful. Lisa assisted us in enhancing our experience."

"A wonderful peaceful alternative to an apartment for 1-2 people, this secluded mini-chalet-style studio has all the facilities you need and a lovely sun terrace with fabulous mountain views as well. Bed folds up into the wall and becomes a sofa for daytime in one easy 5-second movement. WiFi signal with a booster in place is strong and the speed is fast. There’s a powerful shower and a good sized washbasin in the bathroom. The kitchen has all types of appliances except dishwasher, traditional oven or freezer. The induction hob, microwave, and other modern appliances are good and the fridge is good quality and size. There’s plenty of cupboard room and an extra storage cupboard outside for skis and empty luggage etc.. The owners, Françoise and André, are wonderful and live in the main chalet next door. They’re they’re if you need them, and not if you don’t and are instantly available via WhatsApp. It is located in a very quiet area of the village, yet only 4 minutes’ lazy walk into the centre. Highly recommended."
"Our large group of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet in Les Carroz! The property is stunning, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a large family gathering. We particularly enjoyed the luxurious amenities, including the hot tub and huge fire place. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking large meals, and the living areas were comfortable and inviting. The hosts were incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay.Walking into town is possible without ski equipment and is a nice walk, however, it's a relatively steep hill which made it difficult with the kids. Walking with ski equipment is impossible due to the distance. The bus schedule required careful planning, but wasn't overly difficult to manage. The whole place was very clean, and we really appreciated the available clothes washing facilities. The big garage was a huge bonus, providing ample space for storing all our ski equipment (skis, boards, boots, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped with good quality items and even included basic pantry items (though we did have a little trouble finding a cheese grater!). We created some fantastic memories here, and would highly recommend this chalet for large groups looking for a comfortable and luxurious mountain retreat. We could definitely see ourselves staying here again if we can make the dates work!"

"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included. That is not true. I had to go to the resort and ask to rent towels and bedding which cost an additional EU 47 and I had to pay a cash deposit (which I did not have). Then during the stay the hot water tank started making loud noises all night that kept us awake. In the morning the tank had leaked water all over the floor. I turned the electricity supply to the tank off for safety reasons. Informed the management company about the problem. They did not respond. Left very disappointed with the entire experience. This is the worst experience I have had in the many hotels.com bookings I have had over many years. "
