Nice hotel and decent service checking in but I won’t be back. I don’t like hotels with no proper breezeway and a ramp for a luggage cart or automatic doors. The front desk is closed at night so if you need something, you are S.O.L., because nobody answers the numbers that are given for guests in need and nobody calls back when you leave a message. I wasn’t given a wifi password at check in and of course couldn’t get one later because nobody is available to help.

The property claimed to accept pets but after checkin they required an additional $200 non refundable deposit for our small dog. We were unable to stay in the room and they would not refund our payment.

Good afternoon Steve,I would like to extend an apology to you in regards to the pet fee. Unfortunately we are pet friendly with a pet fee. A lot of cleaning and care goes into a room that has had a pet in it. Expedia mentions at the bottom the fee associated with pets. But I do still want to apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

The girl at the front desk was noticeable irritated because she had to get off her cell phone to check us in, then we got to our room only to find out that the water in all of the room was brown. We called the girl at the front desk and she told us that was a normal experience and that it happens just to run the water and it will get clearer. I don’t want to shower in brown water or use it to brush my teeth, no apologies of any kind, absolutely horrible non existent customer service!

My stay at Savannah was AMAZING! The fact that this Inn was affordable, it is also placed in a very convenient location near shopping centers and even a car wash within the same grounds as the inn. Service also #1, workers are on top of cleanliness & trash remove. Laundry room, business office & Gym area on site as well. Definitely recommend this inn to anyone planning to stay in Pleasanton, Tx

They didn't have breakfast and I am a breakfast person. I wanted to leave at 6:30 am and the desk clerk didn't get in til 7:00 am. for me to get a receipt. So I went to McDonalds for breakfast and and of course the dine in wasn't open til 7:00 am. The bed was hard and felt like laying on springs. It made loud sounds every time I would turn over. There are large stains on the carpets that looks like water damage. The stains were in the room and in the hall. The man at the front desk told me that the motel and been bought out and the new owners were going to fix it up. The motel is a far piece from I-37.

So much potential, so little results!!
This is almost a new property built as an extended stay. It was very difficult to find as it is behind a car wash and has no signage! Had a second floor unit - it does have an elevator and luggage cart. I asked about an ice machine as I like a drink after dinner before bed - none on site and the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. Unit had a 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and sink. No equipment provided to use any of it!! Not even a packaged coffee filter and coffee or a cup to put it in!! The rest of the furnishings were sparse and the bed had a poor quality mattress. There was a peaceful view out the window of a small cattle pond and some cattle grazing. This could be an amazing place with just a few changes.

The Bed was uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a box spring. There was no continental breakfast or even coffee. Which it was shown to have on the Expedia app and there was what looked like a dip stain on the floor which was gross but the rest of the room was clean and it was quiet

Pleasantly surprised.
We were pleasantly surprised. Very clean room. Cold A/C, even a separate dehumidifier in the room. Very good water pressure with lots of hot water. All the amenities like soaps, shampoos, and or course plenty of towels. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast. It was sparse and the coffee luke warm. For the price paid, this was a great deal.

Not my first choice
We encountered some issues upon arrival regarding our "made in advance" reservation that wasn't recorded on their end. Hence, we didn't get the room we ordered. Our first night was unpleasant at best.(bed springs bulging out the sides of the bed, rusty water coming out of the shower/tub for 30 seconds before it ran clear, toilet in need of repair, etc. In other words, we were given the "last resort" room). After a firm, but professional discussion with Management the next morning, they agreed to move us to a better room (although we were given 10 minutes - literally - to pack up and relocate). Still had toilet issues and bed issues with the new room, but when the entire is sold out of hotel rooms - you pretty much suck it up and just endure it.

Hello Pam We do apologize we had to shut the water down for 15 minutes while we repaired a cartridge. Yes the water would run rusty for a bit - sorry. No hotel was sold out that week-end to the surprise of all the General Managers. Sorry about the reservation but that wouldn't be caused by the hotel.

Think twice before staying here.
The stay started out good, but went horribly wrong. Employees were great at check in, very helpful. But we did not have wifi and was told that it seldom works. Then on the second night the fire alarm kept going off, the little ones were scared and crying. We would get them settled and it would go off again. This fire alarm happened several times. It finally stopped and we were able to get to sleep. In the morning we were awakened but housekeeping at 7:00am with one knock and then they entered. Now we are awake and trying to get packed to check out and we have brown sandy water, no coffee. As we were packing the fire alarm starts up again. Of course if the fire alarm is going off the elevators are not working. I now have to carry luggage down the stairs. To top off the insults the manager was not sympathetic, she was argumentative and very rude. The manager even said well you were the one that made the choice to stay here,not me. My advice it to find another place to stay, we never had wifi, I feel like the fire alarm situation happens a lot there. Not sure about the brown sandy water situation.
